Que son los atques basados en System/Host?

Los ataques basados en sistema/host son ataques dirigidos a un sistema o host espec铆fico que ejecuta un sistema operativo espec铆fico, por ejemplo, Windows o Linux.

Los servicios de red no son el 煤nico vector de ataque al que se puede atacar durante una prueba de penetraci贸n.

Los ataques basados en el sistema/host generalmente entran en juego despu茅s de haber obtenido acceso a una red objetivo, por lo que se le pedir谩 que explote servidores, estaciones de trabajo o computadoras port谩tiles en la red interna.

Entonces, en el contexto de una prueba de penetraci贸n, Por que es tan importante?. Durante este proceso nosotros debemos de poder Identificar/Explotar las vulnerabilidades o configuraciones erroneas, que se identifican dentro del sistema operativo. Por ello se debe de tener una comprensi贸n de las vulnerabilidades que afectan a estos sistemas operativos
